Mr. Tith Kamrang, Rithipul's Founder & Chairman of BoD, is a Financial Literacy Specialist, Master Trainer and Curriculum Development Specialist.
Mr. Kamrang has more than 20 years of combined professional experience in Leadership and Management in Banking, Microfinance and Education. He started his career as a primary school teacher in 1998 and became a secondary school teacher in 2003. In 2004, he worked in the Microfinance industry as a Credit Officer, and then as Branch Manager, he founded and developed numerous training programs for some big microfinance institutions in Cambodia. He co-developed a training curriculum on Financial Education under a program called Good Return under a program initiated by World Education Australia; he also led a team of Financial Literacy trainers to deliver training programs to local communities in 7 provinces. He led the KTC team in a partnership project - Women Economic Empowerment - with an NGO providing capacity building to commune councilors, business women and housewives in 8 provinces. He developed a Personal Financial Awareness Program for Youth and conducted many workshops for colleges and universities across Cambodia.

Mrs. Bopha has almost 20 years of experience in education, training, management, leadership, facilitation and consultation. She has trained commune councilors and village chief community members in good governance, civic engagement and people participation in decision making. Over the last 8 years, she has conducted several Soft Skills training programs such as Personal Development, Motivation, Communication and Facilitation for students and staff of universities, Microfinance Institutions, banks, companies, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and some Government Departments in Cambodia. She has also been a woman motivational speaker in Cambodia. She has diverse and wide experience working in many countries in Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific such as the Philippines, Vietnam, Bangladesh and East Timor and attended young women leadership programs in the United States, Spain, Japan, etc. She has been selected as the Country Lead of YSEALI Women Leadership Academy in Cambodia. She is also a business owner and entrepreneur.
Mr. Cheav Samnang, is a Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Rithipul.
He has 7-years experiences in media sector and journalistic sector. He started this career from the role as a volunteer until he became a deputy editor in charge of news video producing and the director of thmey thmey 25 plan which is a part of thmey thmey journal. He has participated in training many young journalists at the provinces under the plan of specialized institutions such as the United Nations Development Programme. Mr. Samnang also participated in other voluntary activities related to development and leadership in the community. As media director in Rithipul, he committed to apply his knowledge and experiences to manage the production of daily economic news, literacy news, and other educated videos in promoting Cambodian people’s understanding about finance and other life skills.
Mr. Phan Rithy is Director of Rithipul’s Sales and Marketing.
He has more than 3-years experiences in sale and marketing sector. During his university life, Rithy is an active youth. He also has experiences in creating and leading youth network team, and the volunteer in arranging forum and other societal campaign. He got into many training courses related to marketing, digital marketing, business process, and leadership. By having simultaneous skill, and experience over marketing and social activities, Rithy deeply understand upon gaining enthusiasm from the society and make things to be more infinity through the value of products or the company.
Ms. Hul Chansa Reksmey is Rithipul’s Admin & Finance Manager.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Vanda Institute, Miss Raksmey has successfully completed numerous short courses on personal management and increased quality of living, motivation and self confidence, positive mindset toward positive attitude and high productivity, vision for success, effective communication, public speaking and so on. Besides her daily duty, Reksmey makes time to participate in many social events and activities, especially in youth development events/programs as a volunteer. She also engages herself in environmental social work and agriculture programs and Financial education Campaign.
Miss. Malin has experience in the training and facilitation sector for around 3 years, She is passionated about sharing and learning new challenges from people around herself. Her previous job was a facilitator and she delivered workshops to many women, women entrepreneurs in Phnom Penh and target provinces, those training focused on business incubators and financial literacy. In the past, she was a person who was faced with financial challenges and economic problems regularly but now she deeply understands how to manage personal finance and I would like to share the tips and my lessons learnt. She strongly believes knowledge of financial management is powerful to change our daily life, and get better day by day. Consistent with the Rithipul mission to empower Cambodian people and enterprises with the knowledge, skills and leadership in financial management.
Mr. Chivorn is a Graphic Design and Social Media Manager of Rithipul. He has more than a year experience in the Graphic Design sector. Now he is studying year 4 at SETEC Institute, majoring in Layout and Design. His expectation to be involved with Rithipul is to get experience and financial education and he appreciate Rithipul vision which help Cambodian people to have financial harmony.
Mr. Vin Daro is Rithipul’s Creative Design Manager.
Mr.Vin Daro graduated in majoring Electronic engineering. He has 5-years experience in technical and design skill in one printing company in Phnom Penh. He is a creative designer who always creates many new things and pursues learning new things in order to make sure that the graphics he makes are attractive and meaningful. He claimed that the advertising of one product mainly focuses on designing because the attractiveness of the product can attract customer demand.
Miss Leakhena is Photographer and Video Editor of Rithipul. She has graduated with an Associate Degree in Video Editor at the Don Bosco Vocational Training School. She is interested in Financial Education and she is a hard working woman who strives for a better Life with better Financial Situation. She join Rithipul to for almost a year now.
Miss Somphors is a Journalism intern at Rithipul. She has graduated from grade 12th and has completed a professional journalism training course at Cambodian Center for Independent Media. From her own experience, she has never set a goal and never saw the importance of financial management till she came to study in Phnom Penh. Accordingly, Helping Cambodian people set their goals and manage their personal or family financial plans more efficiently is what she want to see. and the mission and vision of Rithipul motivated her to work in this company.
Miss Sinet is a Content writer Intern of Rithithpul. She has graduated from 12th grade and completed a basic journalism training course at Youth Resource Development Program (YRDP).
Miss Sinet became interested in Financial Education since she joined as a volunteer at Rithipul in 2021 and she started to become involved with Rithipul and become one of the Intern. In addition to writing the content, Sinet also helps in promoting Financial Education through promoting Online Training courses as well as helping in organizing events.
Mr. Nhong Heng is a Manager of News & Publication of Rithipul Media.
He has worked as Journalist for 5 years in Economic. In fact, Economic News is more technical National or Social News as it requires the reporter has enough knowledge and skill tosimplify the complexity of the information. Recently, Mr. Heng, has joint Rithipul Co., Ltd in Rithipul Media Department, releases News inEconomic, Banking and Finance to the Public. He believes all news derivesfrom his works and Rithipul Media team will contribute more to the society,especially it align with the Mission of Rithipul Company is to promoteFinancial Education in Cambodia.
Mr. Rin Lysonder is Rithipul’s Social Media Manager.
Mr. Lysonder is studying at the university majoring marketing. He serve in sale of condo at Arakawa and the founder of Digital Camp Cambodia before joining with Rithipul. Especially, Sonder struggled to get along himself with marketing digital skill through participate in many training courses and self-studying. He has high interested in the revolution of the digital sector in order to foster the marketing of his skill can follow the world’s trend. He committed to push Rithipul and other companies which engage with Rithipul to reach the achievement in order to obtained progress according to this digital era.
Mr. Thy Buntheng is a Sales Executive in sales and marketing of Rithipul company.
Mr. Thy Buntheng is a sale and marketing officer at Rithipul. Beyond studying at the university majoring economic development, he is engaging in sale and marketing job in Rithipul where he expected to obtain more experiences in his life. The very first experience of Buntheng is started from voluntary activity with the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia. Buntheng believe that friendly nature, struggling in serving the customer, and aware of others people demand are his looks and behavior which will push him to become an essential linkage bridge between company’s production and customer’s demand.
